Joe Chiodo has worked in the comics business for years. Best-known for his semi-anime BESM (big eyes, small mouth) style, Skybolt Toys produced this figure based on an original Chiodo artwork of a Marilyn Monroe beach babe.
Only 1000 made, NEVER RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC! Cast in gold colored plastic. No articulation. Polybagged with cardboard header marked "Convention Exclusive".
Collector's Info: This figure (and its companion, Jungle Girl Gold) were produced by Skybolt Toys for the 1999 San Diego Comic Convention. Unfortunately, Skybolt Toys went under before the convention, so these figures were kept packed away in a warehouse all these years. As part of a recent warehouse find, we are proud to finally be able to offer them to the public. You say you want something truly rare, a real collector's item? This is it!
