So Captain America isn't a character I follow closely, in fact, I've never read a single comic with his name on it. However, saying I don't like him is far from the truth. I don't know what it is, he's just, cool. So I found his figure at ToysRus and being a big fan of the new 3 3/4 figures I had to have him. He has the same shield that you would expect, with rubber straps for his back and a plastic wristband to hook it to his arm, articulation is the standard MU as well. The one thing I don't like about this is the fact that it's Ultimate Cap. One of my favorite things about Captain America is his 616 costume, I don't care what you say, it's freaking amazing.
