Character Profile: Mad genious. Highly dangerous. Imbalanced and completely unpredictable. Brilliant psychopathic criminal bent on revenge against all world governments. Singularly responsible for the deaths of thousands with no sign of remorse.
Personal History: Graduated first in his class from MIT. Degrees in biochemical engineering, nuclear physics and laser technology, 1989. Biological weapons "consultant" to China, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, France, Libya, India, Pakistan, Iran and Angola, 1996-2009. Sentenced by International court to life imprisonment, 2010. Served eight years at Kerdh Penitentiary, in the Arctic Confederation before escape and recapture in 2018.
Special Note: Convicted of mass murder for Island A-247. Incident where 500 people were exterminated by toxic poisoning. One of the victims was James R. Westphalen, leader of the expedition and brother of seaQuest Head Science Officer, Kristin Westphalen.
