Robocop's arch rival of villainous proportions. Armed with heavy artillery, ED-260 never sleeps, never eats, never neeeds to rest. Designed as "the future of law enforcement", ED-260 is a dangerous match for Robocop and the Ultra Police. Can Robocop stop him before he destroys all in his way?

Highly detailed, features a rapid-firing cap mechanism. 3 points of articulation.

Produced by Kenner as a tie-in to RoboCop: The Animated series, which aired 1 Oct - 17 Dec 88. Comes in a standard box, the back of which indicates a 1988 production run date. Figure features 4 points of articulation, including an opening top back module, which accepts standard roll caps. A lever actuated Rapid-Repeat Cap-Firing Mechanism within the module fires caps in quick succession. Requires simple assembly, as head turret module must be snapped onto leg section. Hip joints click when turned. The Enforcement Droid's first toy incarnation comes complete with instruction sheet, decal sheet, catalog and quantity 2 roll caps.

The ED 260 is the upgraded 209 series seen in the Robocop cartoon while in the comic books he will later be replaced by the 309 series. This figure was one that I had been searching for for years. The figure is molded in color, not quite movie accurate, and the decals replace minor details that could have been sculpted or these days painted on. It is a fairly large figure, larger than the normal Robocop figures, but not in the scale it would be as seen in the film. It is, however, in scale with the newer Japanese Robocop figures that are about 5 inches. This is the first figure of the Enforcement Droid series with the next being a vinyl model and followed by newer figures from high end toy makers in Japan and the US. This figure has always been one of my favorites. This is beacause of its great sculpt and detail. Eventhough it is not a very large figure, it is highly detailed and very "movie acurate". The only thing that I don´t like that much it´s the lack of articulations....[See More]
