During the original TMNT line, Playmates relied on weirdness for the line. The crazier they looked or the goofier the ideas, the better. Combine that with greatly detailed sculpts for a line made in the late 80s-early 90s and you got something. Well, that's just my thoughts, but getting one of the weirder characters, Mutagen Man, who was a bunch of organs in a big glass container, in Super7's ULTIMATES line is a dream come true for many.
Standing at about 7" tall, Super7's take on the character is just like the original, but bigger and more articulated. I'm talking swivel/hinge joints at the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles, and they all move well with barely any restriction.
