NECA's TMNT line has been full of surprises, with the new Lootcrate series up for sale and plenty of more figures coming soon to retailers, including the return of their Mirage figures that started the line. And even better is that the Targets in my state are finally bothering to stock the cartoon two-packs. The most recent two-pack release contains the Rat King, a recurring villain on the show, and quite unexpectedly, Vernon, the cowardly Channel 6 cameraman who's always trying to one-up April. The box is just like what we've seen with previous two-packs, but they did a nice job with the artwork on the front. Rat King looks menacing while Vernon is appropriately terrified.
