Figure features 11 points of articulation, removable forearm gauntlets to allow for mounting of weapon arm, chestplate button actuated electronic speech ("Freeze!", "Uphold the law.") and blue-gray finish. This large version of OCP's new cyborg police officer charged with cleaning up Old Detroit comes complete with Auto-9, M-16 rifle and Weapon Arm with removable banana clip. Batteries are removable without extricating the figure and thus compromising the heat seal via a small perforated flap Toy Island thoughtfully engineered into the cardback.
