Cruisin' the cosmos, throttle defines gravity with his jet-packed Neutron Racer. This winged space cycle soars over black hoves and rumbles over craters with ease. When evil space thugs try making a fast get-away, Throttle flips on the turbo thrusters and nabs 'em with hyper speed. With Throttle on his Neutron Racer, the universe can rest easy.

1. Attach jet-pack wings to rear and swing out wings for "flight mode" position. Fold in wings to reset in cruise position.
2. Wings can be attached to headlight and used as a shield.
3. Detach wings from cycle. To attach wings to figure, insert post into hole on figure's back as shown.
