Thomas Stall is the little brother of G.I. Joe member Dwight "Barrel Roll" Stall, and was a recruit to join the team. In his first mission as a "greenshirt" Tom's recklessness had most of his team killed. When Tom was about to be court-martialled, Cobra attacked the facility where he was held, and he was given the choice to join or die. Thomas Stall is now the Cobra sniper known as Black Out, who resents his brother Dwight due to his successful military career.
