Fisto is the brother of Man-At-Arms, but they got estranged when Duncan believed Fisto to have deserted the army during the Great Unrest, and Fisto doesn't remember what actually happened due to an injury. After Fisto's huge right arm got injured, Duncan repaired it as a huge mechanical fist.
