Virginia Potts (nicknamed "Pepper" due to her freckles) is Tony Stark's secretary, who knows his secret identity and helps into covering his absences to fight villains as Iron Man. Pepper had a crush on Stark, but she eventually realized Happy Hogan's feelings for her, and they got married.
