On the July 22, 2002 episode of Raw Rosey debuted with his cousin Jamal as the villainous tag team Three Minute Warning. They were Eric Bischoff's enforcers, attacking random people at Bischoff's behest after the people failed to entertain him. The team wrestled in the tag division until mid 2003 when Jamal left the WWE.
Following the dissolution of Three Minute Warning, Rosie was recruited by the Hurricane and became his sidekick. The duo were presented as comedic good guys, and they were able to win the WWE World Tag Team Championship at Backlash 2005. They remained champions for 140 days before losing the belts to Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch and Unforgiven 2005. The team attempted to win the titles back but were unsuccessful, and after a few months the Hurricane turned against Rosey and ended their tag team.
