After wrestling several untelevised matches for the WWF in 1991, Tatanka made his official debut on the February 1, 1992, episode of WWF Superstars, where he emerged victorious against Pat Tanaka. This marked the beginning of Tatanka's impressive undefeated streak, which continued until October 30, 1993, when he suffered a loss to Ludwig Borga.

In the summer of 1994, Tatanka became embroiled in a compelling storyline where he accused Lex Luger of betraying his principles and aligning himself with Ted DiBiase's villainous stable, "The Million Dollar Corporation." Tatanka's allegiance shifted as he attacked Luger at Summerslam, revealing his association with DiBiase. As a member of the Million Dollar Corporation, Tatanka engaged in feuds with Luger and later Bam Bam Bigelow. His tenure with the WWF lasted until the spring of 1996.

Tatanka made a return to the WWF in 2005, resuming his in-ring career. During this period, he found himself embroiled in feuds with MNM, The Miz, and Sylvain Grenier. Unfortunately, Tatanka experienced a prolonged losing streak, reminiscent of his previous undefeated run. However, he eventually broke the streak and concluded his WWF run by defeating Jimmy Wang Yang on the January 9, 2007, episode of Smackdown.
