Barbaric was a giant freak, 8 feet tall and red all over. Despite having the strength of 50 men, he was just a typical adolescent teenager. Nobody talked to him. Nobody hired him, not even the burger joints. So Barbaric turned to theft. Lieutenant Darling had Officer Dragon lock him up. Barbaric trashed the jail cell. Dragon saw Barbaric could be a serious crimefighter with a little training and had him enter into the Freak Force program. With Barbaric for back-up, Dragon has better odds against the Vicious Circle.
