Speeding from out of the skies is the Hobgoblin on his jet-powered goblin-glider. But before the Hobgoblin can finish his evil schemes, Spider-Man arrives to stop him! Dodging the Hobgoblin's explosive pumpkin grenades, Spidey gets close enough to grab the villain and bring him to the ground. Throwing a flurry of spider-powred punches, Spider-Man defeats the Hobgoblin but is unable to keep him from escaping. Rushing to his glider, the Hobgoblin flies into the night, knowing Spider-Man has foiled his criminal plans once again.
