Riding his Martian Monster Bike, Throttle leads the Biker Mice through the mean streets of Chicago. With his trusty bike that responds to his whistle, Throttle stays one step ahead of Limburger's evil henchmen. His bike comes ready for action with two missile-launching tailpipes.

1. Load one missile in each tailpipe while depressing button.
2. Move tailpipes up and down to aim.
3. Push button to fire.
