When it's tail whippin' time' Vinnie takes fight and wraps up villains like Limburger and Brie. The skies are clear with Vinnie ridin' high!

1. Swing out wings for "flight mode" position. Fold in wings to reset in cruise position.
2. Detach wings from cycle. To attach wings to figure, insert post into hole on figure's back as shown.
