Trophy Room Custom Contest
The goal of this contest is to make a custom based off of the winning entries of past contests. Any entry that won a gold, silver or bronze in one of the contests is eligible. You are free to use your own recipe to make the entry, and you may make it in a different scale, but you must use the same version of the character that the original entry did. For example, if you choose Loose Collector's Wolverine that won gold in the 'Make Mine Marvel' contest you can only do that version of Wolverine and you may not change his costume.

-Not counting those still running, we've had 98 contests which gives us 286 contest winning entries to choose from. They can be found here.

-You may not choose your own trophy winning entries for this contest, you must pick someone else's entry to emulate.

-Diorama are only acceptable if you the trophy winner you picked for an entry was a diorama.

-As always there are no size restrictions for this contest. You may use any sort of materials, parts, tools or techniques that you wish. Whatever gets the job done..

Please remember to follow the Contest Rules and to Vote Fairly.

So to clarify. You have to use the exact same costume as the original entry? Same color shirt, pants and even shoes? Does the new entry have to be the same base or can that vary as long as the uniform is the same? Also in regards to head sculpts. Can a different head sculpt be used from the original entry?

Pretty much. You're making your version of a trophy winning entry, you're not trying to replicate it down to the smallest detail. You can make improvements/changes, and you can use different base figures and head sculpts. The same costume rule just means you have to do the same version of the character. For a lot of the trophy winning entries changing the costume, changes the version of that character.

For entries that consisted of multiple figures/items, like the Group Dynamics contest, do you have to make all of the figures in the winning submission, or would it be acceptable to just make one of them? I guess, in the interest of recreating the entry as accurately as possible, I'd lean towards having to customize everything that the original creator did, but I could see where some people might think that's too much.

I think they should customize everything the original creator did. If that seems like too much there are nearly 300 other submissions to choose from.
