This isn't the first time I've made a SATAM style Rotor figure, but it is the first time I've used JCThornton's model for his head. The Baloo figure I used as a base is a real pain to customize because it can't be dismantled and the shoulder joints are REALLY tight. I tried to dye the figure blue so it wouldn't look weird if the paint scraped off, but the only shade of blue I could find was navy blue so it didn't match very well.
