Hailing from the 27th century, John Fox was a historian that traveling back in time to retrieve a Flash to help save the world. A radioactive villain was wiping out city after city, and there was no active Flash that could stop him. Or apparently anyone else. While John Fox wasn't able to complete his mission, the time travel gave him speed, so he took on the mantle of the Flash himself. He ended up in the past at one point, taking over briefly as the main Flash, before heading back to his proper time. He was later seen as a member of the future Justice Legion.

Head was from a BossFight male blank with the hair and wings sculpted on. Also sculpted the bracers and the back of the hands. Full repaint from there and all done!
