Beware Pedro "Peter" Martinez of Kamino 3D Facility, who does 1/6 & 1:12 scale Star Wars items. I found him on eBay (lunatiixz) and talked on Facebook - he seemed nice and knowledgeable - I enjoyed chatting with him. I ordered one of his AT-RTs, Droideka, BARC Speeder, data pad, mortar, and assorted clone trooper weapons, via PayPal.

The delivery date came and went. This was right about the time COVID19 was beginning to be taken seriously in the USA, so there were no shortages due to the pandemic yet. The order should have been mostly completed (as it turns out, seems he had only printed 1 or 2 items by the due date, from what I gathered. Thank you both so much for the great info and support! I truly appreciate it. Just a quick update - looks like most of the items Peter is offering such as “buckets” and weapons that he claimed he was creating are actually from Shapeways.com marketplace where you can buy the files authored by Stadin Technologies. Peter was sending me StadinTech's images to show finished product, go figure. They are on FB and have a website here - https://www.stadintech.com/ and I am contacting them since they offer a very nice BARC Speeder in 1/6 scale, since PayPal looks like they will be refunding soon. I will follow your advice, but I must admit now I'm hesitant to purchase even from Stadin Tech (even though I have no reason to suspect anything with them so far - anybody purchased from StadinTec ...

I'm so sorry that you had to deal with this. I'm a seller on eBay, and it's stories like these that make me ante up my customer service and my product to the highest. This guy simply should not be a seller on eBay or anywhere for that matter. It's all about having an excellent product and being able to provide the best customer service and to be there for your customer if something goes wrong with their order. Don't worry, Paypal will come through and you will get your money back. Just stick to your guns and keep letting eBay and Paypal know that you are not satisfied. eBay will always protect you as a buyer.

Sorry you had to learn the lesson the hard way, but in the future never pay for the item before it's made. At best pay half or a quarter upfront, then the rest upon completion. Ask for WIP pictures on a weekly basis to prove that they are working on it. If they're professionals they'll understand. Unless PayPal comes through, your money is probably gone forever.

If you need a referral, try contacting Henchmen4Hire. He does 3d resin prints for decent prices, and he's very dependable. I've used him myself a few times. He does some star wars stuff as well, though I don't know if he can do full speeders.

Hello, I'm totally new here and I'm looking out for my son, he has just broken off the clear plastic connection which holds his Bowser figure up. Does anyone have a spare one of these that I could possibly buy? I don't need anything except that clear plastic arm which fits into the green base stand and then into Bowser.
