Mr-XWell, throughout all the repacking, remaking and pissing fans off, one figure has done all these the most, Gollum. How many Gollums can we get?!? Its amusing to walk in a store months after the LOTR figures have gone off the shelves and STILL see several rows of Gollums there, most people don’t want him and I can see why. He’s small, ugly and utterly useless after the first figure. Yet we still got hordes of them. This one isn’t so bad though im not saying he’s much good.
Paintjob is the same as every other Gollum, he’s grey. He'll ALWAYS be grey. Well technically grey with brown loincloth thing. What really saved this thing was his base, it at least does him some good, oh and the fact he has magnets in his feet, magnets are always fun. The base looks like the side of a cliff, its black...[

Mr-XEh a new figure? Its about time we got an orc that’s not a repackage.
Standing at about 6 inches tall we have the crossbowmen of the Uruk army. He comes with several exciting things namely a working crossbow, 5 bolts and a helmet. What idiot made this helmet? It looks like a boat or a weird bucket, certainly not a battle helm. That may be the only odd item though, everything else is fine. The crossbow is probably the easiest bow to use in the series. Simple push a bolt into the hole, pull the lever and hope ya don’t hit someone in the eye, even fits nicely in his hands to. For those extra bolts just set'em in his nifty quiver located on his right leg.
The Uruk’s paint and armor looks good. Unlike other Uruk's he wears quite a bit of armor, covering his entire upper torso with plate mail...[

Treebeard (Branch Lifting)Lord of the Rings - Return of the King (Toy Biz) - Series 3

Mr-XTreebeard, living tree shepard from the second Lord of the Rings installment, The Two Towers. His main purpose in the series was to rally the other tree shepards, the Ents, to fight against the evil known as Sauron.
This was one guy I thought would just about never be made into a figure because of his size. The average LOTR's figure is 6 inches and Treebeard dwarfed them in the movies. Two variants were made though. One was a shrunk down version that was 6 inches (which I found insulting) and the true version, the one being reviewed here, that stands at 14 inches tall. While he doesn’t come with any weapons, he does come with a few features. The right arm has a small protruding branch at the top, near the shoulder, that when pull raises his whole arm up and down, good for throwing those...[

Morgul Lordof all the years i've known about lotr action figures i've marvelled at their detail and perfection. all of them except one. gollum with the one ring. it is in the new wave for the rotk.
the point is, is there's just way to many gollum's. i mean he's an important character and all, but he just doesn't look that awesome. he's ugly. he's a waste of the factory's time. gil-galad and like gamling are great. and the haradrim archer and the morgul lord witch king are cool 2.
they could have changed his position though. maybe him always crouching like spidey gazing at the ring. instead of standing on both feet, holding it looking like a geek.
i give this a 3.55 because it's the worst action figure i've seen in my whole life....[
