identify help, please.

Hello. I used to have this blue colored spaceman action figure who had three buttons in a row on his chest from up to down, which made him sound laughing and blasting his guns.
I have lost him ever since, but his weapons remain in my toy box I dug up from my parents basement.
I remember having this particular toy in the early 90s.

These are the weapons, a white gun and another white gun attached to a hose that goes into a backpack-sorta thing which could be attached on the back of the figure.

If I remember correctly, the series also had a green headed alien figure, a bare headed brown haired soldier. They where all quite similar in form and size and the heads where rubbery, while the rest of the body was plastic. The series also included some spacecraft which also had three buttons. The three buttons were the theme probably.

I have totally forgot what the toy series was named. Can anyone identify from these guns?
