Silver Surfer's galactic mojo starts messing with the FF's powers and each member starts switching powers. Eventually, I think Torch starts mixing powers and gets Thing's arms.

That's the 5" Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer Human Torch (With Thing Powers), I don't remember the plot of the movie so I can't tell you why he had things powers.

If the figure has both the Thing's arms and Mr. Fantastic's body, the only things I can figure are (1) the Thing wearing one of his Fantastic Four costumes that covers a lot of his body, (2) Super Skrull or (3) somebody's custom figure.

Is it something like this?
